My name is Russell Sanders, the owner of Russ Buys Houses for Cash LLC.  We are a small, local, and family owned business.  My wife and daughter work in the business as well.  We’ve been involved in the real estate industry since 1998.  We’ve been landlords, rehabbers, and I’m a licensed agent as well.   Our business is located in Clinton, MD.  We invest and live in Prince George’s County, MD.  However, we are interested in helping sellers in other areas of the DMV and Baltimore.
